Dimension has been accepted into Cohort 5 of the Discovery Spark accelerator programme! Discovery Spark is a transformative programme for early-stage startups, led by science and tech hub Discovery Park in partnership with leading health-focused VC Zinc Ventures.

The programe is focused specifically on startups tackling the huge global healthcare challenge of cardiovascular disease - diseases of the heart and blood vessels - which remain the leading cause of death worldwide. Microvascular disease is a major contributor to overall cardiovascular disease mortality, but is undetectable in routine healthcare, and this subset of cardiovascular patients are frequently under or mis-diagnosed. By providing doctors with the tools to look inside these tiny blood vessels, we hope to move the needle on diagnosis and targeted treatment for these patients.

Being accepted onto this programme, provided by leaders in cardiovascular health innovation, is further validation of our mission to make microvascular disease routinely detectable in the clinic and clinical research, so that patients can be identified early and treated effectively.
